Creating an account on the our website allows you to check your order status, view your order history , update your shipping and billing details.
we ensure that all your details are kept safe. No personal information will be shared and payment details are not stored in our systems.

To subscribe to our newsletter and receive all the latest news and updates , fill in your email and click the “subscribe” button at the bottom of the  website. To unsubscribe from our newsletter, click the  “unsubscribe from our newsletter” link at the bottom of one of the emails we sent you. You will receive an email confirming you have been unsubscribed.

You can make changes to your personal details by logging in to your account. To do this, get to “my account” page from the menu – and enter your login info.

If you have forgotten the password you use to log in to your account, please click  the “i forgot my password” link and enter the email address associated with your account.
You will then receive an automatic email to reset your password. simply follow the simple instructions there.

Website Purcheses

Some of Messika’s products are available to purchase on our website in the following countries: France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Spain, Portugal, Germany, Austria, Ireland, Italy, Slovenia and Slovakia.
The “Add to basket” option can be found in the description of products available to purchase online.

Selected Messika products are available for purchase on our website. Once you’ve chosen your jewelry item, click on “Add to basket” in the product description. For rings and bracelets, please indicate the desired size.
You can then view, modify (including the desired quantity) or delete items in your order by clicking on the basket icon found at the top right of every page of our website.
If you wish to proceed to the order confirmation, click on “proceed to checkout”. You will then be redirected to the next step to enter your delivery information.
Once payment has been made, a confirmation email will be sent to you.

Selected Messika products are available for purchase on our website. Click on each jewelry item to find out if the creation is available.
If the “Add to basket” button is found in the description, you can purchase this product on our website. If not, this means the product is either temporarily unavailable or cannot be purchased from our online store. You can contact our Customer Service department by email at the following address: [email protected] or request a callback from a Messika advisor at a time that suits you by providing your phone number.

Not all of our jewelry is available for purchase on our website. If you are interested in a creation that isn’t available, don’t hesitate to contact our Customer Service department by telephone at 01.78.42.12.32 or by email at [email protected]

Payment

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover), as well as PayPal. Credit card orders can be placed online using our secure servers.


Since many customers purchasing items valued over USD 1,000 prefer paying by wire transfer, we offer this option as well. Wire transfer orders receive a 1.5% discount from our listed price. These orders are handled by our Customer Service Department.

When you place an international order, we will ship it to you free of charge. Once the package arrives in your country, the courier will contact you to collect any taxes or duties. Shipping is done via FedEx International Priority.

International customers will be responsible for any duties, VAT, taxes or surcharges levied or charged by their country, so please check with local authorities prior to placing your order to confirm taxes and duties.

If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days from receipt for a full refund or exchange. We pay for return shipping in the U.S. and Canada, up to three returns per customer.

Find your ring size using one of these easy methods:
Measure an existing ring

If you already own our ring, this is perfect. Once you complete this exercise, future ordering will be easy. Alternatively, you can measure one of your other favorites.

How To Measure:

If you measure the internal diameter of your ring (in mm) it should match with the corresponding size in the ring chart below. Be sure to use millimeters.

Measure your finger

Measure a ring with a string or a thin strip paper. This can be easily done and can help find an accurate fit.

1. Cut a long string or piece of paper that’s about 6-inches long.

2. Wrap it snugly around the base of your finger, the tighter the better but make sure to not let the string stretch while you’re wrapping it around your finger.

3. Mark the spot where the string or paper meets and measure the distance with a ruler (in mm).

4. Match your finger measurement (in mm) with the closest circumference below.
